Career Summit

Career Summit is the initiative of the Faculty of Law to provide on campus placement assistance to our young legal minds. Our students are well suited to be placed in different sectors, i.e., advocacy, service sector, MNCs, corporates, litigation, NGOs, Government organisations, judiciary, judicial education institutes, etc. The Placement and Internship Committee of the Faculty of Law is committed to provide a wide range of opportunities to its students to get selected for the best job as per their skills, abilities, aptitudes, and profile.

It is aimed at providing the best platform for prospective employers to choose from a very big pool of talented students, the best minds suited to their requirements, with a very rich variety of background knowledge in fields other than law also. Our students completing their LL.B. degree from Law Centre-I, Law Centre-II and Campus Law Centre are highly motivated, hardworking and sincere apart from having a rich knowledge of legal provisions, doctrines, maxims and judicial decisions. They have been trained to apply their legal knowledge on a given set of facts for problem solving. They also have professional skills like legal writing, research, drafting, communication, persuasion, etc. The LL.M. students are highly trained in legal research and writing as well as critical analyses of legal problems at the national and international level.

We will host a varied mix of employers at the Career Summit, from national and global employers to small and medium organisations as well as individual lawyers from across the region and beyond. Our students have a diverse range of career aspirations, so we welcome employers from a wide range of sectors with a variety of placement opportunities.
